The Commission is required to publish a list annually of listed recruitment agencies. These are agencies that the Commission has assessed as having appropriate processes in place to support licence holders in carrying out fair, merit-based selection in accordance with the Codes of Practice.

If you wish to apply to be a listed recruitment agency, please complete the form below. In order to fill out this form you will need the following:

  1. A tax clearance certificate
  2. Evidence that the agency is listed on the register of licensed employment agencies
  3. Information on the agency's recruitment processes and procedures
  4. Evidence of how the agency will comply with the Codes of Practice
