Your request should be made directly to the public body

The Commission does not have a role in considering requests for review under Section 7. Requests should be made to the public body that carried out the selection process.

A request for an informal review should be made within five working days of receipt of the decision. A formal complaint must be made within five working days of the candidate receiving notification of either the selection decision or the decision on their informal complaint.

In making your request you should clearly outline the facts that you believe show that the action taken or the decision reached was wrong.
