Regulation of Lobbying Act

The Regulation of Lobbying Act 2015 helps to inform the public about who is lobbying whom about what. Further information is available at www.lobbying.ie.

Public service providers must publish a list of designated public officials to:

• provide the public with the names of designated public officials
• provide lobbyists with a list they can use for filing a return to the Register

The designated public official within the Office of the Commission for Public Service Appointments is Ms Elaine Cassidy Director General.
